I discovered wood sculpture in 1975 in Vendée. As an apprentice, I learned my craft in a work/study program with Bernard Pain and the training centre for apprentices in the Guild Chamber.

1981-1983, I created the work of art imposed by the Most Skilled Craftsmen in France competition.

I also trained myself in the traditional use of polychromes and was trained in diverse patinas with Emile Gattoni at the training centre for furniture-making in Vannes.

For more than 10 years, I have exhibited original works of art at artist exhibitions both in French and in foreign cities.

Present at the Puy-du-Fou historical park since 1991, I sculpt in public; in collaboration with the Junior Academy (Puy-du-Fou Association’s cultural sector), I teach wood sculpture and drawing for students at the Puy-du-Fou.
